• Maintain active CCHT/CHT Certification to remain in the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up dialysis machine and initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis therapy per provider order.
• Recognize problems, take immediate action, and notify responsible parties.
• Maintain patient safety by following Intermountain policies and guidelines.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and programs.
