Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for individuals with chronic kidney disease.

You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist Patient Care Technicians to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment and accurate documentation. The role requires an active RN license, prior dialysis experience preferred, and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in applicable state.
• 12 months or more current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and dialysis treatment under supervision.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications as ordered.
• Assist with patient rounds and implement physician orders.
• Participate in infection control and safety procedures.
