Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional dialysis team.

You will provide direct patient care, perform pre/post treatment assessments, monitor and document treatment responses, and administer medications per orders. You will supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians and LPNs under the Charge Nurse, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatment, including preparing and monitoring procedures.
• Supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians and LPNs under the Charge Nurse.
• Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations; participate in infection control and ongoing education.
