U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct dialysis care and work with a cross-functional team under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will assist and supervise PCTs to deliver high-quality renal care to patients with kidney disease.

The role includes conducting physical assessments, monitoring during treatments, and ensuring compliance with policies and staffing requirements while pursuing ongoing education and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, including assessments before and after treatment and monitoring during treatment.
• Document and review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing requirements under administrator direction and in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations, participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
