Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team.

You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and monitor patients during treatments, under supervision of the Charge Nurse. The role emphasizes teamwork with PCTs and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in the state and has dialysis experience or a strong interest in kidney care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and ensure timely responses.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications per physician orders.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet staffing requirements and comply with regulations.
