Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Lafayette, LA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care to patients with chronic kidney disease. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and document care plans under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality treatment, maintain patient education, and help meet program goals and regulatory requirements in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 12 months or more current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Must meet state practice act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide safe, dialysis treatment, complete physical assessments, monitor patients, administer medications as ordered.
• Teamwork: participate in interdisciplinary team, ensure staffing meets state regulations.
• Safety & Quality: adhere to policies and state/federal laws, participate in meetings and continuing education.
