Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality dialysis treatment and comprehensive patient care. You will work under a Charge Nurse, supervise PCTs, and participate in monthly medication reviews to support safe renal care.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license in their state and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in dialysis. This full-time on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing professional education.

Qualifications

Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles to ensure quality renal care.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing ratios and care planning requirements.
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education as required.
