Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Clinical Manager to oversee daily facility operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate care from admission to discharge, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, safety, and quality initiatives; supporting staff development; and participating in community outreach to grow services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with clinical nursing experience.
• Dialysis nursing experience and leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop clinical staff; manage staff scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge; address patient/family concerns; ensure timely assessments and care plans.
• Oversee facility operations: records, budgets, inventory, safety and compliance.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams; ensure effective communication.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives; ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory surveys, audits, and data collection; oversee staff licensing and training compliance.
• Supervise Charge RN and other staff; provide feedback and support professional growth.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and environment integrity; oversee supply management and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing services to support business growth.
