Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care in line with ESRD Network and QAPI.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff with nurse educator.
• Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementation.

Formação académica

Accredited nursing degree

Dialysis experience (6 months)

Dialysis experience (1 year)
