SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis is seeking a dialysis RN for PRN shifts. You will provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients, supervise staff, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year of RN experience and relevant BLS/RN licensure per location. You will participate in QA activities and patient education in a busy dialysis unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• Minimum one year of registered nurse experience.
• RN license in MO/IL/OK/WI or compact state as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provides dialysis nursing care and supervises support staff.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Participates in QA and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintains dialysis water/biochemical testing and machine setup.
• Educates patients about their condition and treatment.
