Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Dialysis at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and affiliate sites. You will provide expert renal care in the dialysis room with occasional bedside treatments, and participate in care planning and patient education.

The role requires BSN preferred and active RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

Formación

• RN with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies following clinical protocols.
