U.S. Renal Care is seeking an RN in Missouri to deliver dialysis care and participate in a cross-functional team. You will assess patients before and after treatments, document findings, and ensure high-quality renal care under supervision.

The role involves teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, adherence to policies, and ongoing education to improve patient outcomes. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and document assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and review medication profiles per physician orders.
• Assist and supervise PCTs under Charge Nurse supervision and ensure staffing ratios meet state regulations.
