Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work under a Charge Nurse, supervise PCTs, and ensure medication administration is documented and aligned with physician orders.

The role emphasizes patient assessments, education, and adherence to state/federal regulations. CPR within 90 days and background checks may be required. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Indiana.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state and maintained in good standing.
• 12 months or more nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet state practice act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and dialysis treatment under supervision of a Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications as ordered and document monthly medication profiles.
• Assist with patient rounds and transcription/implementation of orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning.
• Ensure staffing levels meet state regulations and center requirements.
