Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a cross-functional team under a Charge Nurse. You will assist and supervise PCTs in delivering dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, ensuring safety and quality throughout treatment.

You will perform pre/post-treatment assessments, monitor during the procedure, and participate in medication reviews and education offerings. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to regulations, with opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and document physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders; review patient medication profiles monthly.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing ratios meet state regulations; participate in required meetings and education.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
