Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver compassionate dialysis care in a patient-centered environment.

You will perform pre/post treatments, monitor patients, administer medications per orders, collaborate with PCTs and the care team, and ensure safety and quality in line with state regulations and company policies. Experience in dialysis preferred; active nursing license in the state; color vision required; on-site work with shift-based schedule and

Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Patient care: provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment, perform and document assessments, monitor patients during treatment, administer medications per physician orders.
Teamwork: collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met underAdministrator supervision and state regulations.
Safety & Quality: adhere to company policies and state/federal laws, participate in meetings and continuing education.
