US Renal Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana to support dialysis patients in a busy clinic setting. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and collaborate with PCTs to deliver safe, patient-centered renal care.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state, and prior dialysis experience is preferred. You will participate in monthly medication reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Complete and document monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications per physician orders.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning and ensure staffing meets state regulations.
