Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Salisbury, MD is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join the on-site Hemodialysis care team. You will work under supervision to deliver safe, patient-centered dialysis care and complete required training.

As a new graduate, you will obtain state nursing licensure within 90 days, participate in CQI activities, maintain accurate documentation, educate patients on ESRD and treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to support Quality Enhancement

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of hire or per state requirements.
• Eligible for RN licensure in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis care under supervision.
• Educate patients on ESRD, dialysis treatment, diet, and medications.
• Document care accurately in the Medical Information System and dialysis treatment sheets.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Support CQI activities and participate in required staff meetings.
