Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dialysis care in a cross-functional team under a Charge Nurse.

You will supervise Patient Care Technicians and perform patient assessments before and after treatments while monitoring during dialysis. Responsibilities include documenting medication profiles, administering physician-ordered meds, and contributing to quality renal care. A state nursing license and dialysis experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and document assessments.
• Teamwork: work with interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Safety & Quality: follow policies and participate in meetings and continuing education.
