Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality care to ESRD patients and families in a hands‑on role. You will build relationships with patients and their families while delivering compassionate, evidence‑based nursing in a dialysis setting.

Requirements include an ADN, BSN or diploma substitute, an active RN license in Indiana, and current BLS/CPR certification. Prior dialysis/critical care experience is a plus; strong teamwork is a must.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN or 3-year diploma may substitute for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
