You will perform dialysis treatments, supervise department staff, ensure water room safety, document in the patient record, and collaborate with Medical Director, nephrologist, patients, and families. This PRN position offers varied shifts with rotating weekends and holidays in a supportive, compassionate team focused on moving health forward.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform duties and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work hours specified and comply with policies.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and maintains knowledge and proficiency in dialysis treatments.
• Provides oversight and delegation to department staff.
• Ensures water room equipment operation and safety.
• Complies with departmental policies and safety standards.
• Documents in the patient record per policy.
• Coordinates care with Medical Director, Nephrologist, patients, and families.
• Educates patients about dialysis process and self-management.
