Avera Dialysis-Wagner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team in Wagner, SD. The role involves delivering dialysis treatment, patient education, and coordinating care with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license and may have CHN/CPDN/CDN/ASHI certifications, with dialysis or critical care experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Preferred certifications in dialysis nursing (CHN/CPDN/CDN/ASHI).
• Dialysis-specific experience or advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment and patient care per protocol.
• Oversee and delegate to department staff.
• Ensure water treatment room operations meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Document care in patient records per policy.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, nephrologist, patients and families to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures and self-care.
