Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform dialysis procedures and related tasks.
• Experience with dialysis or critical care is preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs and maintains knowledge and proficiency in dialysis treatments.
• Provides oversight and delegation to department staff.
• Understands and ensures compliance related to water room equipment operation and function.
• Maintains documentation per policy and regulatory standards.
• Coordinates care with Medical Director, nephrologist, patients, families and nursing staff.
