Sanderling Renal Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in our Holdenville dialysis clinic.

The role emphasizes nursing assessments, medication administration, and charting within a patient-centered team. You will collaborate with a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician and the interdisciplinary team, maintain EMR documentation, and comply with policies while participating in ongoing dialysis-specific training.

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis experience required.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience required.
• Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interact with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to learn and closely adhere to Policies and Procedures.
• Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care for dialysis patients with the assistance of a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and chart, develop care plans, review labs and adjust medications per protocol, notify nephrologist of abnormal values and patient changes.
• Interact with the interdisciplinary team including Social Worker, Renal Dietitian, Nephrologist, and other renal nurses.
• Participate in online training delivered by dialysis nurses and nephrologists to learn or refine dialysis-related nursing skills.
