Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in a team-based setting within a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. You will provide direct hemodialysis, educate patients on renal health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license for the state of Michigan or a compact license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum 3 months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification must be current.
• Ishihara Color Blindness test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and educate patients on renal health.
