Sanderling Renal Services, Inc. in Tehachapi, CA, is seeking an experienced dialysis registered nurse to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional patient care across in-center and home dialysis settings.

Qualifications

The Job Sanderling Renal Services is seeking an experienced, dialysis registered nurse who is looking to join our high performing team. If you have a passion for working with top notch individuals and delivering exceptional patient care, Sanderling is the organization for you!

Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.

Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.

Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT's in training).

Clinical collaboration with the patient’s nephrologist.

Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.

Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker, Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT).
