Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care within our sub-acute dialysis program. You will provide direct hemodialysis, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care, working closely with the hemodialysis team.

This role leads dialysis technicians, monitors patient responses, coordinates with physicians, and ensures accurate documentation in EMR.

Qualifications

• RN license and current nursing license in state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum 3 months of dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatments.
• Document care plans and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team.
