Sanderling Renal Services, Inc. in Tehachapi, CA, is seeking an experienced dialysis registered nurse to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional patient care across in-center and home dialysis settings.

Qualifications

• RN with at least two years of dialysis experience.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
• Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of meds.
• Oversight of patient care technicians (CCHT and trainees).
• Collaborate with nephrologist and other providers as needed.
• Communicate with SNF, Acute Care and Home Health teams.
