Job summary

US Renal Care seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse to supervise nursing staff on each shift and ensure high-quality dialysis services. You will assist physicians, administer medications, and oversee patient rounds while supporting anemia management and protocol adherence.

This role requires an active RN license, 12 months of nursing care experience (3 months in dialysis), CPR within 90 days, and strong English communication. State requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state; license must be maintained.
• 12 months nursing care experience, including 3 months on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Must have color vision.
• Demonstrated leadership and good judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.
• Must meet state RN practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff on duty.
• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations.
• Administer medications as ordered and document reviews.
• Assist physician during rounds and implement orders promptly.
• Support anemia management and dialysis protocols as requested.
• Report to physician and team on patient assessment results.
