U.S. Renal Care is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services per shift and supervise staff during clinic hours. This role serves as the nursing supervisor, coordinating patient care and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has dialysis experience, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will work with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure efficient dialysis and compliant

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in applicable state
• 12 months nursing care experience, including 3 months dialysis
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lead and handle emergent situations with sound judgment
• Strong English communication skills and written proficiency
• Proficiency with USRC clinical applications and basic computer skills

Aufgaben

• Oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff on duty
• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
• Administer medications as ordered by physician and document appropriately
• Assist with patient rounds and transcribe physician orders timely
• Support anemia management and dialysis protocols as requested
• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and company policies
• Respond to emergencies in clinic and communicate patient status to team
