Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services on each shift, acting as a supervisor for staff on duty in the dialysis center.

The role includes assisting with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, administering medications, and supporting physician rounds. Strong leadership, communication, and dialysis experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to handle emergent situations.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services per shift and supervise staff on duty.
• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician and document monthly reviews.
• Assist physician during rounds and implement orders timely.
• Support anemia management and dialysis protocols as requested.
• Communicate patient assessment findings to physician and team.
