Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services each shift and act as a nursing supervisor within a dialysis clinic. The role includes supervising staff on duty during operational hours and ensuring quality patient care.

The position requires an active RN license, dialysis experience, CPR within 90 days, leadership ability, strong communication, and basic computer skills to use clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state (Texas).
• 12 months of nursing care experience, including 3 months with maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Proven leadership skills and good judgment.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services each shift and supervise staff on duty.
• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders in a timely manner.
• Support dialysis procedures and anemia management as requested.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergencies in the clinic and communicate findings to the team.
