Job summary

Fresenius Kidney Care in the United States seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate safe hemodialysis care, assess and adjust care plans, and educate patients and families about treatment options.

You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians, perform medications per protocol, and participate in team decisions to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification maintained; ability to work in a dialysis setting.
• Entry level RN with nephrology exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Document patient data, adjust care plans, and communicate with team.
• Educate patient and family about care plans and treatment options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
