Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Voorhees Township, NJ, seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient CAP program. The RN provides and coordinates clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned patient group, under supervision of the Clinical Educator and team leaders.

The role requires state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and potential involvement in education and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must meet state licensure requirements and CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform duties under supervision and with guidance from Clinical Educator or RN leadership.
• Document patient data, adjust plans as needed, and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications as prescribed and participate in emergency responses.
