Dialyze Direct in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day shift position in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes high-quality care, independence, and critical thinking within a dialysis-focused setting.

You will collaborate with Dialyze Direct teams, facilities, and nephrologists, document patient data, and maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Travel to nearby locations is expected as needed.

Formación

• RN license valid in PA.
• 6 months RN experience strongly preferred.
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience.
• In Texas, 6 months of hemodialysis experience within the last 24 months.
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• Ishihara color vision test passed.
• Lift up to 35 pounds; safety sensitive position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care with minimal oversight, training, and home support as needed.
• Collaborate with Dialyze Direct team members, facility representatives and nephrologists.
• Collect and record patient health data during pre, intra, and post hemodialysis.
• Develop and maintain a plan of care to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement and record interventions to attain outcomes in EMR.
• Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedule labs as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care (filing, inventory, admissions, charting).
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward patients and colleagues.
• Occasional travel to other nearby locations.
• Medication administration and documentation.

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Day shift only

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed);
• Works collaboratively with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives and dedicated Nephrologists;
• Collects and records relevant patient health data in the course of/pre/post hemodialysis treatment;
• Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes;
• Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR;
• Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections;
• Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care (i.e., filing, inventory management, admission documentation, creating patient charts, etc.);
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues;
• Occasional travel to other nearby locations; and
• Medication administration and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience
• In the state of Texas, 6 months of hemodialysis experience within the last 24 months
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association Required); and
• Successful passing of an Ishihara color vision test;
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
• This is a safety sensitive position
