Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team providing safe, high-quality dialysis care under RN supervision. You will monitor vital signs, initiate treatment, and collect samples per physician orders.

Safety, machine preparation and cleaning are essential, with adherence to all protocols. CPR within 90 days and completion of USRC training within 8 weeks are required; prior dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments and monitor vital signs before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, operate and monitor equipment, and perform safety checks and log results.
• Participate in care planning with interdisciplinary team and follow company policies and regulations.
