Job summary

US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. The role involves direct patient care during dialysis, monitoring treatments, and collecting required data under RN supervision. You will perform machine setup, disinfection, and safety checks to ensure quality care.

We value candidates with healthcare interest, CNA experience, or dialysis exposure, and a commitment to safety and ongoing education. Training programs and certifications are provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and gather patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect, and conduct safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
