Job summary

US Renal Care in Hawaii is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Floater to support dialysis treatment under RN or CN supervision. You will prepare machines, monitor patients, and assist with blood draws per physician orders.

You will ensure machine safety, follow protocols, maintain a clean environment, and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

Qualifications

• Must complete USRC training within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days or as required by state.
• State or national certification as Patient Care Technician within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment to patients under supervision to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare machines, perform safety checks, and log results for quality control.
• Adhere to all policies, PPE requirements, and regulatory standards.
