Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Utica, NY is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Floater to support dialysis treatment under RN supervision. You will prepare machines, monitor patients, collect samples, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time role with comprehensive benefits. Prior healthcare experience or CNA/phlebotomy is a plus; CPR may be required within 90 days and state requirements apply. Training will be provided and ongoing staff education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Prior healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or per state requirements.
• State requirements may apply and must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments under RN/charge nurse supervision.
• Set up, operate, and disinfect dialysis machines; monitor and log treatment data.
• Perform safety checks and adhere to protocols and regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
