US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician Floater to deliver high-quality dialysis care under RN/CN supervision. You will help with treatment initiation, monitoring, and post-treatment tasks while maintaining safety and machine integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or per state requirements.
• PCT certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment to patients.
• Gather patient stats before and after treatment.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate treatment as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after use, and log safety checks.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and comply with policies.
