Job summary
US Renal Care in Hawaii is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Floater to join our dialysis team. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and support Patient Care Technicians to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatment.
You will perform and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during dialysis, review medication profiles, and administer medications per physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
- Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during treatment.
- Review monthly patient medication profiles and administer medications according to physician orders.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure staffing requirements and regulatory compliance.
