Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe and compassionate dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with nurses and other care

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
