Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment, while delivering safe, hygienic, and compassionate care.

You will monitor vital signs, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities
