Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must have current CCHT and dialysis experience.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
