Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for our outpatient dialysis clinic to support end-stage renal disease patients. You will provide direct care under RN supervision, assisting patients through their dialysis sessions and contributing to a compassionate care environment.

You will set up dialysis equipment, monitor vital signs, and educate patients on treatment and kidney health while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
