Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe care, monitoring patients, equipment setup, recording vitals, educating patients, and collaborating with the care team. Training is provided with strong benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
