Job summary

You will assist with patient care, operate dialysis machines, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Training is provided, with CPR required within 90 days and PCT certification within 18 months. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete USRC training within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• PCT certification must be obtained through a state or national program within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis care under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Prepare machines, operate dialysis equipment, and perform routine safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness by disinfecting machines and logging quality-control data.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in required meetings and continuing education.
