Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment under RN/CN supervision. You will perform patient stats, operate dialysis machines, monitor treatment, and ensure safety and quality through logging and protocol adherence.

Training is provided; CPR certification within 90 days; certification path within 18 months of hire. This full-time on-site role supports our renal care mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to safety measures and regulations; participate in meetings and education.
