Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior dialysis experience required; on the job, 11 weeks of training to become nationally certified.
• Onsite role at Newburyport, MA with paid training and potential pay increase upon certification.
• Must meet state and CMS requirements and maintain patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs and treatment parameters accurately during sessions.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the nurse supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe dialysis environment and equipment according to policy.
• Support quality improvement and patient education activities as directed.
