Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Framingham, MA is seeking qualified individuals to join our dialysis health care team. On-the-job training is provided, with an 11-week program to become nationally certified.

You will set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patients, record vital signs, and assist with vascular access under RN supervision.

This full-time role includes tuition reimbursement up to 5,200 USD per calendar year, comprehensive benefits, and a path toward licensure and promotion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CMS certification within state or CMS timeline.
• CPR certification required; prior patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor patient status.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Cannulate vascular access and administer heparin as delegated.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and document CQI activities.
• Assist in education and transition to home dialysis when applicable.
