Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification within 18 months from hire date.
- CDPH CHT certification (CA locations only) required within 18 months from hire date.
Responsibilities
- Learn to provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
- Take and monitor patient vital signs and assist with blood tests as trained.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and maintain clean equipment.
- Document patient information accurately per policy and procedures.
